预应力杆采用不低于53.5MPa的硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥，抗硫酸盐水泥、或不低于43.5MPa的快硬硅酸盐水泥，其性能应符合GB175、GB199、GB748及GB1344规定。
The prestressed pole shall be made of Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, sulfate resistant cement, or fast hardening Portland cement of not less than 53.5MPa, and its performance shall comply with the provisions of GB175, GB199, GB748, and GB1344.
采用43.5MPa以上的硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥，抗硫酸盐水泥、其性能应符合GB175、GB199、GB748

砂子采用中粗，石子采用碎石，其质量应分别符合GB/T 14684、GB/T 14685的规定，并符合GBJ204的规定。预应力并应符合GBJ204的规定。
The sand should be medium coarse, and the stone should be crushed stone. Its quality should comply with the provisions of GB/T 14684, GB/T 14685, and GBJ204. Pre stressing should comply with the provisions of GBJ204.

拌制混制土须采用饮用水，水质应符合JGJ63的规定。
